I have a question about my order, who do I contact?

When will sold out products be available again?

We are just a small business and don't keep excess stock in our warehouse. If a product is currently sold out keep an eye out on our socials for updates alternatively you can contact our customer service team to get an indication on when products might be available again.

Can I exchange a product?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your item, we will happily issue an exchange, refund or store credit on full priced items returned within 14 days of purchase date.

When will my order be shipped?

Same day dispatch! All orders placed before 2pm (Sydney/NSW) will be dispatched immediately

How much is shipping?

AUS Standard Post: $8.50
AUS Express Post: $12.50
International Express Post: $25 AUD

I live locally, can I pick up my order?

We offer local pickup within 2 hours for those who live locally or are passing through. Just select local pickup at checkout!

Ordering

Where can I buy MAS products?

Missing At Sea products are sold exclusively on missingatsea.com.au or at our Tweed Heads storefront. We currently do not have any stockists. Local pick up is available at our Tweed Heads (NSW) warehouse. Be the first to know about new products, restocks, and more by signing up for emails.

Where does my order ship from?

All orders are shipped from our Tweed Heads warehouse.

How does pre-order work?

Pre-order will have an indicated shipping date. Please note these are just estimated dates but we will do our best to provide the most accurate date possible.

We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we recommend placing a separate orders for each.
