12-Month Product Warranty We stand behind the quality of our gear. All Missing At Sea products are covered by a 12-month warranty from date of purchase against manufacturing defects and faulty materials.

✗ Normal wear and tearÂ
✗ Accidental damageÂ
✗ Products altered or modifiedÂ
✗ Damage from saltwater corrosion (if not properly maintained)Â
WARRANTY CLAIMS:Â
To make a warranty claim, you'll need:Â
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Â Photos of the defective product
- Description of the fault
- Â Contact us at INFO@MISSINGATSEA.COM.AU with the above information. We'll assess your claim and provide a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
