MISSING AT SEA WARRANTY POLICY

12-Month Product Warranty We stand behind the quality of our gear. All Missing At Sea products are covered by a 12-month warranty from date of purchase against manufacturing defects and faulty materials.

WHAT'S COVERED: 

✓ Manufacturing defects 

✓ Faulty materials 

✓ Product failures under normal use

WHAT'S NOT COVERED: 

✗ Damage from misuse or abuse 

✗ Normal wear and tear 

✗ Accidental damage 

✗ Products altered or modified 

✗ Damage from saltwater corrosion (if not properly maintained) 

WARRANTY CLAIMS: 

To make a warranty claim, you'll need: 

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  •  Photos of the defective product
  • Description of the fault
  •  Contact us at INFO@MISSINGATSEA.COM.AU with the above information. We'll assess your claim and provide a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
  •  This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
