Refund policy
Returns:
- 30-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unused and in original packaging and saleable conditionÂ
- Returns are issued as store credit to your account
Exchanges & Return Shipping:
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense for change of mind returns, including incorrect size, colour, or model selection. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't process a refund on a parcel that doesn't reach us.
- In the unlikely event an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we'll cover return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund. Just contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll sort it out.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear.
Mystery Boxes:
- All products are sold as mystery items. Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges based on individual preference or dissatisfaction with the item received..
