Refund policy

Returns:

  • 30-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging and saleable condition 
  • Returns are issued as store credit to your account

Exchanges:

  • We're happy to exchange items for size, colour, or different products

Mystery Boxes:

  • All products are sold as mystery items. Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges based on individual preference or dissatisfaction with the item received..

Return Shipping:

  • Customer covers return shipping costs
  • If we sent the wrong item or a faulty product, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost
